Thank you for view my website. The purpose of my creative project was to fill a need within the 6th-grade curriculum. Currently, there is no set social studies curriculum and because of time constraints, it usually gets pushed aside. Using various resources, I have created an integrated social studies and English language arts curriculum. By combining the two content areas teachers can save time and cover the social studies content more in-depth while also covering English language arts standards.
